Central Ohio Technical College (COTC) Culinary Science Technology students, lead by Chef Matt Russo, in partnership with the Licking County Soil & Water Conservation District, are excited to host the Locally Grown & Gathered Dinner as a fundraiser for the Hartford Fair Natural Resource Area.
The locally-sourced meal includes appetizers, soup, salad, dinner and dessert. The evening will start with a reception at 5:30 p.m. and dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m.
The Hartford Fair Natural Resources Area provides fun, free and educational programs related to the wise use of our natural resources.
