How To Help

Volunteer / Intern

Volunteering with us provides a great opportunity to learn about natural resources and conservation.  We also offer opportunities for individuals and groups to share their knowledge and give back to the community.

Volunteers Needed!

We are preparing for our first Backyard Conservation Day on Saturday, May 8th from 10 am to 2 pm.

At this event we will have our leftover trees for sale, rain barrel demonstrations, rain garden tours, tree identification, invasive species management, and some fun for the kiddos too!

Opportunities are inside and outside, sitting and standing, and for a couple hours or for a whole day. All activities will be held at our office at 771 E Main St, Newark, OH 43055.

Any time you can give is much appreciated.

If you can help, use our convenient sign up sheet below.  Or contact us at 740-670-5330 or
