Board Election after hours voting
The Election will be held from October 2 – 31, 2022.
The election is all handled through the Soil & Water office, NOT through the Board of Elections office.
Landowners and residents of Licking County can vote for Supervisors three ways:
1- Vote starting Monday, October 3rd at the Licking Soil & Water office, 771 East Main Street, Suite 100, Newark, OH during business hours of 8 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday, excluding any federal holidays (Office is closed for Columbus/Indigenous Peoples' Day October 10th.)
2- Via absentee ballot by:
mail: download and complete request form (below) and mail to LCSWCD, 771 East Main Street, Suite 100, Newark, OH 43055.
phone: call 740-670-5330 to have a ballot mailed to your home address.
email: send request to information@lickingswcd.com. Must include your name(s) and complete address of where to mail the ballot(s).
3- On these dates and locations:
on October 4th at Soil & Water extended office hours from 4:30 – 6:00 pm
on October 20th at Soil & Water extended office hours from 4:30 – 6:00 pm
on October 25th at South Licking Watershed Conservancy District Meeting, 934 W Main St, Hebron, OH 43025 from 5:30 – 7:00 pm.
Ballots counted and winner announced November 2, 2022.
Winning Candidate starts their term on January 1, 2023.
