Joe Jarvis, Stormwater Specialist
Joe was raised in Fairfield County and enjoys the outdoors, woodworking and spending time with family.
He has a background in engineering and is still pursuing his Civil degree, he has obtained his QSM (Qualified Stormwater Manager) and CESSWI (Certified Erosion, Sediment and Stormwater Inspector) certifications. Joe came to our office after working for and gaining experience from Athens Soil and Water. While there he managed the City MS4 permit and worked closely with representatives from Ohio University for their permit.
Joe will assist with urbanized communities’ stormwater requirements, inspecting erosion and sediment control measures on construction sites, helping landowners with questions and concerns on their land, and working with various committees and partnering organizations.
