Local Work Group Breakfast March 8, 2019
NEWARK, OH (January 29, 2018) – Licking Soil & Water Conservation District (SWCD), USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and Licking County Farm Bureau will host a complimentary breakfast for the Local Work Group on March 8, 2019 at The Grove by the River, 840 Hollander Street, Newark, Ohio 43055. Breakfast will begin at 7 am with the meeting beginning at 7:30 am.
Landowners are invited to join the discussion as the Local Work Group assesses Licking County's natural resource conditions and needs. The purpose of the group is to provide guidance to your NRCS and SWCD field offices concerning the implementation and delivery of conservation programs.
In addition, the Farm Bureau policy development conversation will include trade, ag. education, infrastructure, commodities and crop insurance.
